“Qinlong” trademark fiber-glass tables
Tables are effective gravity concentration equipment widely used all over the world. The working parts of tables are the wood rifles layer on tables. The manufacture of the wood rifles is very complicated, easy deformed and damaged, not easy maintenance, and short life. In order t o overcome these shortcomings, the Company developed stronger, keeping un-deformed, abrasion-resistant, less maintenance, quick making fiber glass rifles instead of wood ones together with other R&D institutes. The company has the equipment design drawings through technical demonstration by experts in China, as well as whole set of process technology. More work still is being done in improvement of such tables, so now the new polymer rifles on tables are called “Qinlong” tables. All tables made by the Company are covered with fiber glass reinforced and polymer rifles (grooved) poured, which is high in abrasion-resistance.

MS Tables (originally called Yin-type Table) is a new type high-efficiency table with the advantages of wide size range for feed, higher capacity, clearer separation zone and so on.

A 6-S head can drive 2-layer or 3-layer tables, so the throughput capacity per unit area can be doubled.

A new multi-eccentric inertia head is used for such tables. The head and multi-layers are hanging in operation. It has the advantages of high-efficiency and energy-saving. The table surfaces have rectangular and rhombic shapes. 2- or 3-layers can be equipped for a table.
It can be used for tungsten, tin, rare earth, coal, and coal gangue, etc. The capacity per unit area can be increased by 3-4 times. It is applicable for mobile mineral processing plant.
As LS type and YS type tables have the advantages of stable running, reliable performance, high concentration ratio, easy operation, commonly as the cleaners for roughing concentrate from the spiral chute. The combined application of tables and spiral chutes is the optimum form for concentration of minerals.
