| As XJ type ( original A type or XJK type) mechanical agitation flotation cells is characterized by self-air suction, self-pulp suction, they occupy the market dominantly. The shortcomings are the air dispersion is not optimum, froth is not stable, slow flotation speed, quickly worn impeller cover, so the beneficiation results are not satisfied. Later on SF type flotation cells replace the old ones. SF mechanical agitation flotation cells are equipped with back-inclined double-face vanes, duplex recycling in cells with more air suction, strong agitation force, slowly worn impeller cover. SF type flotation cells are widely used in mining industry. BF type mechanical agitation flotation cell is an improved type of SF type. The impeller cover structure is more reasonable, less wear, lower power consumption, better operation, so it is warmly welcome by the customers. As SF, BF flotation cells are better in design, without any auxiliary equipment needed, they are widely used in small- and medium-size mineral processing plants. The Company also produces SJK type series flotation cells, including six models of old type of 0.13 (1A), 0.23 (2A), 0.35 (3A), 0.62(4A), 1.1(5A), 2.8(6A) cells. Such flotation cells are commonly used by small private customers.
