| Cyclo-Classifiers and Cyclones The Company produces GXL series high-efficiency fiber glass cyclo-classifiers, developed by the Company, used in classification and slime removal of non-ferrous, ferrous and non-metal minerals, especially used together with grinding mills, as well as classification and slime removal of tailings before sending to the tailing dam. It is also used in pre-treatment of feed to spiral chute, so as to increase spiral chute recovery. The cyclo-classifiers features are as follows: 1.Dual-cone structure is used for increasing classification efficiency, reducing the slime content in underflow, increasing the underflow density. 2.High throughput capacity, fine particle size in overflow, no block for underflow port; better applicability for variable feed density and underflow port with heavy wear. 3.Longer life and abrasion-resistant, the service life of the tailored underflow port is up to 0.5 – 2 years. GXL series cyclo-classifiers include 8 varieties: ф500, ф350,ф300, ф250, ф150, ф125,ф100, ф75. The liberation size includes: 0.06-0.5mm, 0.015-0.07mm; throughput capacity: 5-8m3/h; 90-180m3/h. The feed pressure is 0.01-0.2mpa. The Company also produces series of conventional hydrocyclones including FX-125, FX-150, FX-250, FX-300, FX-350, FX-500 (See Product Description in detail) |
